In the Woman’s Federation league, Withers Coachlines Moturoa put on a dominate display in their final home game of the season by beating bottom of the table Team Ritesh Football Whanganui 8-0. Jasmine Burnard-Leppinus was the pick of the players by scoring 4 goals for the team. The win see’s Moturoa crowned Federation league champions with still 2 games to go. In the other game Taradale AFC woman pulled of a great day by beating Isles Construction Massey University 2-0. Tungsten Legal Women’s Premiership Top 6
NPGHS Premier Team have won the Challenge Trophy after beating Inglewood 0-2 at Karo Park on Sunday and this also now has the school alone at the top of the table. This is because for the second week in a row TSH Moturoa and EZE Wash NP Rangers played out a 0-0 draw. The final Top 6 match was an absolute beauty between Naki Electrical Waitara and Hipp Accounting Hawera as both sides went into the break tied at 4-4- with the winner coming from Hawera’s Noelyn Wagapu-Tuza in the 49th minute which meant the goals randomly dried up for the last 41 minutes of the game leaving Hawera with the 4-5 win.

Tungsten Legal Women’s Premiership Bottom 4
A Grace Burroughs double got Tungsten Legal Stratford their second win of the season 3-1 over Worley Woodleigh and in the other match Eltham Ladies knocked over Liquid Beanz Peringa 1-0 in a tight game at Taumata Park.
Yorb Taranaki Men’s Premiership
Rampage Fitness FC Western continue to lead the pack after they dispatched Spectrum Decorating Woodleigh 1-6 but are joined on equal points by NPBHS 1st XI who likewise put away Smith & Sons Eltham 5-0. A four goal haul from Tyler Buckland lead Flooring Design Moturoa to a massive 9-1 victory over Proglaze Waitara to keep the Challenge Trophy and move them up into third on table. Peringa United have dropped down into fourth when they were held to a 1-1 draw against Rough Habits Hawera down at Turuturu Park. In the final match Kitchen Draw Inglewood continue their great form to move into fifth on the table when they got the comfortable 5-0 win over NP Rangers with doubles to Taylor Bignell and Shaun Bracegirdle.
Taranaki Men’s Championship
Cunningham Construction Kaitake had to battle hard to win 2-5 over Jones Quarry Moturoa to remain at the top of the league. Jonathan Martin rattled in four goals for TreeHouse NP Rangers as they also won 2-5 over Inglewood to remain in second. Bounceback Physio Peringa bounced back from being 3-2 behind against Mark Frost Electrical Hawera to win 3-5 with braces to Richard Mowforth and Mostafa Mohebi. Woodleigh lost 1-3 to Millwards Roofing FC Western but the big result was Eltham who won their first match of the season when they got the 0-1 away win against NPBHS 2nd XI.
Taranaki Men’s Division 1
The top of the table clash with the Challenge Trophy on the line was won by Hutchins Dick Peringa Pirates 5-0 over FDMC Senior Team with doubles to Brad Hickling and Matt Sanger. Wonder Minerals Kaponga got the away victory 0-1 against NP Rangers Oddbodz and in the final game Withers Coachline Moturoa won their first match of the season 2-0 over KP Joinery Waitara. McDonalds Stratford had the Bye.
Taranaki Men’s Division 2 Top 5
Vertech NZ Kaitake have won the Challenge Trophy 1-5 against Taranaki Thru Tubing NP Rangers but congratulations to NP Rangers who have held onto this trophy for well over a year plus having their name engraved on it for 2019. Paul Hamlin Eltham got a huge 2-9 win over Pipeline Peringa with hat-tricks to Shannon Bryant and Thomas Ferguson. FC Western had the Bye.

Braces to Jeremy Radich and Corban Bright secured a 5-1 win for Stratford over 4U Computer Solutions Hawera at Swansea Park and in the other game Taranaki Tyre Torque Woodleigh got a home win 2-0 against Town & Country Foods Waitara. Inglewood had the Bye.
Lotto Central Federation League
GJ Gardner Homes Whanganui Athletic continue to blaze the way after a 5-1 win against Isles Construction Massey University with Joshua Smith rocketing in a four goal haul. Peggy Gordon’s are still only two points behind them on the ladder when they had a big 2-6 away win over Alexander Electric Napier Marist when they travelled over for the Sunday match, doubles to Tre De John and Owen Smith for Rangers with Vince Mackirdy getting a consolation double for Napier. In the battle of third and fourth on the table is was third place Watsons PN Marist that won 1-2 when they travelled to Hawke’s Bay to take on Building King Havelock North Wanderers with the result now leaving last season’s Champions nine points away from Athletic at the summit. In the final match it was a thrilling local derby at Memorial Park between Breakers Red Sox and North End which ended 4-4 with Red Sox player Fletchar Leslie nailing a hat-trick. Levin had the Bye and get back in action this week against league front runners Athletic.
