Bay Olympic – Director of Football

Bay Olympic seek a new Director of Football for our Club to continue and enhance the football programme for our members. This is an established, full-time position with the responsibility and opportunity for directing and driving the football programme for all youth and junior players and their coaches and linking with our senior men’s and women’s coachesto provide a development path at our Club.
Bay Olympic is an accredited Skills Centre provider under the New Zealand Football framework. The role also includes responsibility for maintaining our football in schools programme with a number of local schools and for liaising with key partners and service providers both in our Club and in the wider football community. The successful applicant will need to hold or be seeking an OFC/ NZF ‘B” License and combine a strong technical base with excellent communication and organisation skills. We have outstanding facilities to work from and a superb group of members who will provide strong support to you in your football leadership role at our Club.
