If you know Spencer, you’ll already be familiar with his unwavering passion for football and his deep commitment to the development of young players coming through the ranks. His dedication to the game and to his club is evident in everything he does.

Spencer plays a key role at FC Western, not only organising and coaching junior teams, but also supporting the club's Men’s First Team. Whether it’s planning and delivering training sessions for the clubs young players, or assisting on match day, Spencer is always willing to step up and lend a hand wherever needed. His efforts consistently go above and beyond what is expected, and his contribution makes a real difference within the club and the wider football community.
