It was a single goal to Bridie Jessica Christie that had Wellington Phoenix Academy U18 Girls ahead of Excel Refrigeration Moturoa AFC at the break when they faced off at the Fraser Park Turf this weekend. Moturoa did a good job to frustrate the Phoenix Academy girls who struggled to break down the visiting side. The second half saw more solid defence from Moturoa. Wellington Phoenix Academy doubled their lead through Maisy McDonald in the 60th minute before Isabella Temple sealed the 3 goal win when she scored in the 84th minute.

In the game of the round, we had Tremains Port Hill United Premiers taking on NP Physiotherapy FC Western in neutral Palmerston North. Port Hill United started strong with an early goal from Matt Betesta in the 11th minute and took a 1–0 lead into halftime. However, NP Physiotherapy FC Western came out firing after the break, scoring three goals in just 14 minutes. Jack Flood equalized in the 49th minute, followed quickly by Ben Hutchings in the 50th, and Jordi Fettis added a third in the 63rd. Betesta scored again in the 76th to give the hosts hope, but Hutchings sealed the win for NP FC Western with his second goal in the 79th minute. A dominant second-half performance gave NP FC Western a deserved 4–2 victory.

Wallace Roofing Takaro AFC X-Force made a strong start to the match, opening the scoring in the 23rd minute through Kowhai Eynon-Hudson, giving the visitors an early advantage. In a much-anticipated top-of-the-table showdown, GJ Gardner Homes Whanganui Athletic came out on top with a thrilling 5–3 away win over Levin AFC in a high-tempo, end-to-end contest. Whanganui Athletic started strongly, asserting early dominance. Ilias El Maakoul opened the scoring in the 12th minute, and Zachary Farmer doubled the lead just six minutes later, putting pressure on the hosts. Levin responded through Oliver James in the 34th minute, trimming the deficit and ensuring the match stayed competitive heading into the break. Momentum shifted quickly after halftime. Dragiša Eraković restored the two-goal cushion for Whanganui in the 48th minute, only for Nathan Schischka to reply to Levin ten minutes later, making it 3–2 and keeping the contest finely balanced. However, Whanganui Athletic proved more clinical in key moments. Ryan Noon struck in the 76th minute to make it 4–2. In this week's game of the round, we had Linton AFC 1sts hosting GJ Gardner Homes Whanganui Athletic Reserves. GJ Gardner Homes Whanganui Athletic Reserves produced a dominant performance away from home, sweeping aside Linton FC with a convincing 5–1 victory. The visitors got off to a flying start, with Joseph Petersen finding the net in just the 2nd minute. Thomas Pearce quickly followed up in the 4th minute, giving Whanganui Reserves an early two-goal cushion and setting the tone for the match. After the break, Pearce added his second in the 54th minute to make it 3–0, further extending the lead. Zahn Bell then got on the scoresheet in the 61st minute, making it 4–0. In this week’s game of the round, we had JG Residential North End Old Boys hosting RSM Wrinkles. JG Residential North End Old Boys delivered a dominant attacking performance, overpowering RSM Wrinklies 8–2 in a goal-filled clash.

Despite conceding the opening goal in the 14th minute to Diego Rojas, North End responded emphatically. William Hodge brought them level in the 29th minute, before. Michael Sheridan netted twice in the 34th and 44th minutes to hand the home side a 3–1 lead at the break. In the second half, North End continued to press their advantage. Alex Bowden struck in the 65th minute, followed by Hodge’s second and third goals in the 74th and 80th minutes, completing his hat-trick. RSM pulled one back through Sam Lee in the 71st, but it was little more than consolation. Sheridan also completed his hat-trick with a goal in the 83rd minute, and Scott Robson capped off the rout with an 89th-minute strike to make it eight for the hosts.

In this week's game of the round, we had SUBWAY Massey University FC Rigs taking on CAC PN Marist Greenies. SUBWAY Massey University FC Rigs secured a confident 3–1 win over CAC PN Marist Greenies, with all three goals coming in a commanding first-half display. Hayden Mullen opened the scoring in the 19th minute and doubled the lead in the 38th with his second of the match. As halftime approached, Reuben Lovell added a third in the 45th minute, giving the Rigs a comfortable 3–0 advantage at the break. In the second half, Marist Greenies pushed for a response and were rewarded in the 84th minute when Cameron Brown pulled one back. In a tightly contested match, Chillmax Takaro AFC Glory came from behind to edge RSM Legends 2–1, thanks to two second-half goals. After a goalless first half, the deadlock was broken in the 54th minute by Sam Miratana, putting RSM Legends ahead. However, their lead was short-lived. Just two minutes later, Madz Buchanan equalized for Takaro in the 56th minute, swinging momentum back to the home side. The winner came in the 77th minute, when Joshua Barrington found the net to complete the comeback and secure all three points for Chillmax Takaro AFC Glory.

In this week's game of the round, we had Takaro AFC Bench Warmers hosting Jennian Homes Feilding United Men’s Social. Takaro AFC Bench Warmers and Jennian Homes Feilding United played out an entertaining 2–2 draw, with both sides taking the lead at different stages in a tightly balanced encounter. Bradley Gillard gave the Bench Warmers an early lead with a goal in the 8th minute, and they carried that 1–0 advantage into the break after a disciplined first-half performance. Feilding United came out stronger in the second half, and Jon Newman brought them level in the 53rd minute. The momentum continued to swing, but Takaro responded swiftly through Gillard again, who scored his second of the match in the 64th minute to restore the lead.The visitors refused to back down, and Newman completed his own brace in the 76th minute, earning Feilding a hard-fought point.

In a dramatic and action-packed clash, RSM A's and Feilding United Masters shared the points in a thrilling 5–5 draw that saw the lead change hands multiple times and featured a flurry of late goals. Feilding struck early, with Matthew Ranger opening the scoring in the 9th minute and adding a second in the 25th to give the visitors a 2–0 lead. RSM A’s responded before the breakthrough Ian Robinson, who pulled one back in the 42nd minute to make it 2–1 at halftime.The second half delivered even more excitement. Guy Mordaunt leveled for RSM in the 63rd minute, but Blair Funnell quickly restored Feilding’s lead with a goal in the 67th. The momentum continued to shift rapidly, with Ian Robinson equalizing again in the 78th, only for Gamied Fredericks to immediately put Feilding back in front. Refusing to be beaten, RSM A's launched a late surge. Robinson completed his hat-trick in the 86th minute to make it 4–4, and Matthew McCallum appeared to have secured a comeback win with a strike in the 89th minute. But the drama wasn’t over—Mike Lewis found the net in stoppage time to make it 5–5, capping off one of the most entertaining matches of the season.

In this week's game of the round, we had Levin AFC Women's Reserves hosting One Staff Takaro AFC Turtles. Levin AFC Women’s Reserves bounced back from an early setback to record a confident 4–2 home win over Takaro AFC Turtles in a lively and well-contested match. Monique Roberts gave Takaro an early lead in the 10th minute, but Levin responded swiftly. Rebekah Sinclair equalised just two minutes later, and Lisa Tucker put the hosts in front in the 25th minute with a composed finish, sending them into the break with a 2–1 lead. The momentum continued in Levin’s favour after halftime. Lauren Guerin extended the advantage with a goal in the 60th minute, and Amanda Jenn added a fourth just five minutes later, giving Levin breathing room and control of the match. Takaro kept fighting and were rewarded with a late second from Roberts in the 87th minute, completing her brace, but it wasn’t enough to change the outcome.
