In the Chris Moore Cup this weekend, Gizzy Bobcat Serivces Thistle took on Heavy Equipment Gisborne United 3rds. Thistle winning 5: 3 goal scorers unknown. 1st Class Decorators Wainui Salty Dogs took on QRS Wairoa Athletic. Wainui taking the win 4:2 goal scorers unknown. HSOB Gisborne took a comfortable 7:1 win over Tumu Thistle this weekend. Goal Scorers unknown. 

Womens Eastern League 

Gisborne Laundry Service Wainui Riverine took on Tatapouri Marist Thistle this weekend. Wainui took a lead early in the first half scoring three goals before the break. Thanks too, Tori Burt, Maria Waide and Manaia Mill. Wainui continued to show strength in the second half slotting three more goals and taking the win 6:0 thanks to, Alexandra Megaw, Mckenzie Holmes, and an own goal.
