Registration form
All new players must be registered to a club. Please download and complete the player registration form and send to your Regional Manager. Player Registration form Note that Players can only be registered to one club Form must be signed by the club official before sending to your regional Manager. ID numbers will be given to clubs to authorise registration Players not registered but who play will be deemed inelegible and sanctions as per our regulations will apply.
This applies to any player competiting in a senior competition. Youth and junior players will be registered from the team sheets.
