Palmerston North Boys High School 1st XI football team are "2012 Super 8 Champions" 

 The team won the final today against Tauranga Boys High School in a penalty shoot out. The score at the end of extra time was 2 all and PNBHS won the penalty shoot out 5 - 3. The 2012 PNBHS 1st XI is captained by Wade Randle.
